Settie is an adept initiated in the Hermetic and Esoteric arts. She is an initiated in the King Solomon Tradition, an Egyptian High Priestess and a Kabbalist. Her father taught her about God and spirituality on a weekly basis as a normal part of her childhood life. He did this through the bible using it in an unconventional way. An example of this it astrology, dreams and tarot in the bible. He taught her about kabbalah, angels and symbols as magical images. At 9 years of age her parents separated and her mother put her in Catholic Sunday School. Truth be told she has no horror stories about the church. Although she felt that there was something missing.

She knew things that her father taught her when she was young and always uses natural magick in her life. As a child people used to say that she knew things, that she was clairvoyant and it was common for adults to ask her questions that they had no business asking a child.

Settie's father passed away when she was 22 years old. After his death, She read some books and took many classes. She started with wicca classes in the Alexandrian tradition 1990 as well as open coven formats 1991 to 1992.

Next she went on to coven work and coven training in the Isian tradition with Ellen Reed 1992 to 1996 and became an Egyptian shaman in 1994 and Egyptian high priestess in 1996. She studied in the Kabbalah center in New York 1992 to 1998 as well as with David Greenstein 1995 to 1997. Which led her to the RM Mystery School 1997 to 2003 where she became an adept initiate in the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Light 1997, a kabbalist and energy worker 1998, Founded the Sacred Light Center in 1999, Celtic shaman 2000, an initiated spiritual instructor and healer 2000, a ritual master in the lineage of King Solomon 2001. Her love and faith of the craft put her on a healing path next and she study reiki 2002 and 2003 and became a Reiki Master 2003. Hermetic and esoteric occultism always remaining part of her life led her to SIL Mystery School 2004.

Settie is also an artist. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Her emphasis was symbols, colors and interior design, with additional Psychology classes focusing on dreams and images as language. People who know her say she is lucky but she knows that luck has nothing to do with it. She walks the walk of a magickal life.
